Gold Partner Requirements - North America / EMEA
- empower Gold partners will be enrolled and granted access to Gold Partner benefits upon registration of their first $10K* opportunity (NA) or $5K* opportunity(EMEA, LATAM and APAC) based on GLP.

participation of any VAR in the program does not create any
contractual or other relationship between Microsemi and
any participating VAR. Any such relationship may only be
entered into, created and governed, pursuant to appropriate
agreements or other applicable documents duly executed and
accepted by Microsemi and any participating VAR.
